Service Description

Multiple broadleaf weed applications are made throughout the year to control annual and perennial broadleaf weeds. Two preemergent weed control applications are made to prevent summer annual weeds like crabgrass and goosegrass. Yellow nutsedge and other weed breakthroughs are removed with spot treatments. Once weeds are under control it is the establishment of a healthy stand of turf, mowed at the correct height of 3.5 to 4” that provides the ultimate weed control through competition. White grubs are the larvae stage of multiple beetles which swarm in the summer. These grubs feed on turfgrass roots and can cause significant damage in late summer and into the fall. We control them with one perfectly timed insecticide application in July that gives year-long control. We also offer a tick and flea treatment for those that want it for a separate fee. *Please note: The time shown for each service is only an estimate.
